About Us
Our company was founded in the year 1995 under the visionary chairman, Mr. D. I. Paul, a mechanical engineer by profession, was a Captain in theIndian Army.
He also served as Chief Engineer - Buildings, Public Works Department (PWD), Tamilnadu,Chairman of the Tuticorin Port Trust.
Mr. D.I.Paul's rich technical and managerial experience was utilised in our company for the execution of projects till recently when he passed away in office on 22nd October 1999.

is a company engaged in the business of constructing residential flats, independent row houses,houses,Weekend Villas, etc.
Corporate History
The present promoters of the company had been building individual houses, farmhouses and apartments since 1985. In 1993, a joint venture project was taken up for the building of a flat which was very successful, following which more projects were taken up leading to the formation of the present company.
Our company was formed in the year 1995, by a group of experienced engineers and non-resident Indians with the late Mr. D. I. Paul as the Managing Director and Mr. S. R. Jagadeesan and Mr. P. R. Earnarst as part-time directors.

Promoters
Mr. P. R. Earnarst, basically a chemical engineer was working as a Business Development Manager at SPIC Maintenance Organisation before taking up an assignment in Abu Dhabi. He has worked abroad for ten years and now has come back to India to take charge of Green Peace Construction Pvt. Ltd .
Mr. S. R. Jagadeesan, a NRI Chemical Engineer, is presently working with ZADCO, Abu Dhabi. He was also working with SPIC before taking up the assignment abroad.
Mrs. Lavanya Earnarst, is the Managing Director of Green Peace Landscapes (P) Ltd., a sister company dealing
in the Plantation and Farm Land business. At Green Peace Constructions Pvt. Ltd., she looks after the marketing and day-to-day administration of the business.
