ROADS
The Roads in the projects are 25 feet wide and Random rubble with Red top roads. Each unit will be well connected with road for your car to go to your unit.

WATER
Sweet ground water is available at the depth of 10 to 12 feet itself. Also an irrigation canal is running across the project from sirudavoor tank, So there is plenty of water available for cultivation. Each Cottage garden will be provided with a water point for copious flow of water. Provisions for electricity and telephone will also be available.

LAND
All these lands are double crop paddy fields.

COTTAGE
If you wish to build a cottage, we can give you the design for the cottage and once you approve, we can build the cottage for you at low cost.

SECURITY
We have nearly five families staying in the project as 24 hrs watch & ward apart from gardeners and labourers. Also the entire project area will be fenced.
