SPECIFICATIONS
1.  STRUCTURE : R.C.C framed structure with high quality chamber brick walls for external and internal partitions, plastered and finished with cement paints both internally and externally.
2. FLOORING : Vitrified Flooring for Hall and Dining and Ceramic flooring all  Other rooms.
3. DOORS : Ornamental polished teak wood door for main entrance.  Teak Wood   and flush shutters of commercial ply for all the other doors, water-resistant doors for toilets  and all doors provided  with good quality locks.
4. WINDOWS : Wooden French windows for drawing and dining. Wooden windows with steel grills  for other windows and ventilator.
5. KITCHEN : Polished granite slab for the kitchen platform top fixed with stainless steel sink. Ceramic tiles to a height of 5'0 above the Platform.
6. WARDROBE/SHELF: Recessed space for wardrobe in  bedrooms with R.C.C. loft slab on top, one showcase in drawing, crockery shelf in dining, loft and utensils shelf in kitchen.
7. TOILETS: Western style W.C. in the master bedroom bathroom & Indian W.C. for the other bathroom. Colour design glazed tiles for the wall dado to a height of 7'0”. Suitable colour matching tile for the flooring with good quality sanitary fixtures. Geyser provision with hot and cold piping with high quality chrome plated pipefitting.
8. ELECTRICAL: Multicore high quality copper wiring in concealed PVC conduits with MCB, with recessed Modular Switches. High Voltage circuit for AC, Geyser, Fridge etc., and low voltage circuits for other Points.
9. WATER SUPPLY: 4’ Deep bore well for open well for ground water with 2 nos ground level. R.C.C. sump of each 25000 ltrs. capacity for both metro water and ground water.  Overhead tank will have a capacity of 16000 Ltrs  each for metro water and ground water. One 2 HP mono block pump for metro and 1.5 HP jet pump for ground water. Metro water connection in Kitchen and well water connection in toilets. Iron removal unit for bore water if water contains Iron.
10.LIFT : 408 kg capacity  automatic lift for six passengers will be installed.
11.PEST CONTROL: Pre and Post Construction termite Pest Control at three stages as per NBC.
12.RAIN WATER HARVESTING: Latest Rain Water Harvesting method.
